Though Fresh Catch Bistro’s Chef Pablo Felix was raised in New York City, his Puerto Rican heritage still comes through in his cooking.
“I love the food out there,” Felix said. “We do a lot of seafood over there, and I like to add a little twist to create some of the menu items at Fresh Catch.”

Our sous chef has been working the Fort Myers Beach area for 24 years and is a self-taught chef. Javier truly enjoys creating his own specials in the kitchen.
